Senior AI Developer

We’re looking for an AI LLM Engineer to join our growing team and help shape the future of our AI service.

About the Role

As a AI LLM Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:

• Collaborating with cross-functional software and hardware teams to innovate customer-centric applications.
• Working with diverse data types: textual, unstructured, tabular, and multimodal data.
• Developing and optimizing deep learning algorithms for multilingual large language models (LLMs).
• Implementing and deploying LLM applications for vision-language multimodality.
• Contributing to the development of machine learning pipelines and model training at scale.
• Mentoring junior developers and reviewing code.
• Contributing to technical architecture decisions, especially regarding model training, inference, and deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or Statistics.
• 5+ years of industry experience, including 3+ years in one or more of the following:
  • Deep learning algorithm development.
  • Compiler or software-hardware co-design.
  • Proficiency in Python or C++, with a solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and machine learning.
  • Proficiency in one or more of the popular ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
• Real-world experience in multilingual LLM applications training and inference.
• Experience in vision-language multimodality and LLM productization.
• Experience with model training, inference at scale, synthetic data, information retrieval, machine reading comprehension, RLHF/RLAIF, question answering, and Copilot development.

Nice to Have

• Experience with DeepSeed, Megatron, vLLM, and TensorRT.
• CUDA/OpenCL programming skills, with experience in CUDNN, and CUDA math libraries (CuBLAS, CuFFT, etc.).
• First author in CS/ML publications.
• Contributions to open source projects.
• Familiarity with backend technologies.
